Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Algorithms: Design and implement novel quantum algorithms specifically tailored for AI/ML workloads, optimizing for qubit coherence and error correction.
- Hybrid System Design: Develop hybrid classical-quantum neural networks that leverage the strengths of both computing paradigms.
- Hardware Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models with proprietary quantum processing units (QPUs) and cloud-based quantum simulators.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of quantum supremacy research, translating theoretical papers into production-ready code.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant physicists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize system latency and throughput in real-time quantum environments.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust with deep experience in quantum software stacks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane, or PyQuil).
- AI/ML Experience: Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks with a demonstrated ability to adapt these models to quantum hardware.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle abstract mathematical problems and translate them into scalable software solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex quantum concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile development environments.
