Responsibilities

- Develop quantum-safe encryption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech research labs on quantum supremacy breakthroughs
- Present quantum AI roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical boards
- Mentor a team of quantum software engineers and AI researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or advanced AI architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing hardware (D-Wave/Rigetti)
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
