Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI frameworks for real-world applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks achieving 10x computational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and ML engineers in prototype development
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Create ethical governance frameworks for autonomous quantum decision-making
- Publish breakthrough research in IEEE Nature journals
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Computer Science, or equivalent
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms with demonstrated quantum advantage
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with low-level quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant architecture design
