Responsibilities
- Architect quantum neural networks for breakthrough AI applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-entangled machine learning models
- Collaborate with physicists to develop novel quantum-resistant algorithms
- Design fault-tolerant quantum systems operating at 1000+ qubit scale
- Pioneer quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building production quantum systems or advanced ML pipelines
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum/AI fusion
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
