Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for real-time pattern recognition
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms achieving 99.9% fidelity in noisy environments
- Create hybrid quantum-classical ML pipelines for drug discovery simulations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure communication protocols
- Optimize quantum circuits for fault-tolerant execution on 1000+ qubit processors
- Author white papers on quantum advantage in high-frequency trading systems
- Mentor researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computational Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum machine learning or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum simulation frameworks (PennyLane, Quil)
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Demonstrated ability to secure $10M+ in research funding
- Knowledge of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant computing roadmaps
