Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for real-world optimization problems
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for next-gen cybersecurity infrastructure
- Create fault-tolerant quantum algorithms processing exabyte-scale datasets
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum machine learning frameworks
- Architect scalable quantum-cloud integration solutions for enterprise clients
- Author white papers and patents advancing quantum-AI convergence
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or AI systems
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with distributed quantum computing architectures
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum machine learning
- Certification in quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
