Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using JIRA.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new code changes do not break existing functionality.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot complex issues and provide detailed bug reports.
- Validate software functionality against business requirements and user expectations.
- Maintain detailed test documentation and reporting metrics for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) or testing.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in manual testing and familiarity with automated testing tools (Selenium, Postman, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
