Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in designing microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Oversee code quality, conduct architectural reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our product roadmap.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in high-level programming languages (Python, Go, or Rust).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and big data processing pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
