Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end architectural design for our upcoming decade-long technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- System Scalability: Design resilient, high-performance cloud-native architectures capable of handling exponential growth.
- Technical Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, coding best practices, and security protocols across all engineering teams.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate high-level business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal architect capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Core Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI & Data: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and data architecture principles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading digital transformations and setting long-term technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
