Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define and drive the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native architectures using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning and reliability of critical systems to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation Implementation: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our core product offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior or principal architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex architectural challenges and design for future growth.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through the full product lifecycle.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
