Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and Quantum computing architectures.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and product vision for the 2026 roadmap.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability in a distributed cloud environment.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Quantum algorithms.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
