Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable hybrid AI architectures bridging classical and quantum computing paradigms.
- Lead architectural strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring resilience and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate next-gen AI models into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor senior engineers on best practices in distributed systems.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt to support long-term innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems projects.
- Strong understanding of system design patterns, microservices, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is highly preferred.
