Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Infrastructure: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI and hybrid quantum computing systems designed to meet the demands of the 2026 technology landscape.
- Lead Strategic R&D: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies, evaluating their viability for integration into our core product suite.
- System Design & Optimization: Lead complex system design reviews, ensuring high availability, low latency, and fault tolerance across distributed environments.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Technical Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, coding best practices, and security protocols to mitigate future risks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for C-level executives and product stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. A PhD in Quantum Information Science or Deep Learning is a strong plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure). Proven experience with Quantum Computing SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq) or Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity problems with innovative solutions.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
