Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI/ML infrastructure for our flagship 2026 roadmap.
- Develop and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, quantum researchers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize deep learning models for low-latency, high-throughput environments in production.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on the convergence of classical AI and quantum computing by 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Deep experience with NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
