Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for Project 2026’s core AI engine.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from research to production.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, system security, and data privacy.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and develop senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations for latency and throughput.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
