Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI strategy, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Architect robust, high-performance machine learning pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Lead a team of world-class data scientists and engineers to deliver cutting-edge AI products.
- Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Drive innovation in reinforcement learning and autonomous systems.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for AI engineering.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade LLMs and NLP models.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
