Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap for Nexus Horizon’s AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and robustness for 2026 workloads.
- Generative AI Leadership: Spearhead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.
- System Optimization: Design and implement high-performance distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing in real-time.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment in production environments.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor senior engineering teams and drive technical best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing interfaces and Edge AI deployment.
