In this pivotal role, you will define the architectural framework for our next-gen artificial intelligence initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and cutting-edge performance.
As a key strategic partner to our CTO and engineering leadership, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment, driving innovation that sets industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of proprietary AI models designed to outperform industry standards by 2026.
- Define technical strategies for scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI capabilities into core business workflows seamlessly.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system reliability and security.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Generative AI and Deep Learning to inform long-term product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Data Science.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps and deployment pipelines in high-availability environments.
