Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets with sub-millisecond latency.
- Research & Development: Spearhead research initiatives focused on General Intelligence (AGI) and Neuromorphic computing to prepare for the 2026 technological paradigm shift.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Algorithm Optimization: Push the boundaries of existing machine learning models to achieve breakthroughs in natural language processing and computer vision.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive leadership and potential investors.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Collaborate with cloud architects to deploy resilient, secure, and cost-effective machine learning infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML research and development.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Specialization: Proven track record in designing Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, or reinforcement learning agents.
- Mathematical Aptitude: Strong background in linear algebra, calculus, and statistical analysis.
