Responsibilities
- Design and architect hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models optimized for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- Develop cryptographic protocols and security layers to protect AI models against quantum decryption attacks.
- Lead a high-performance team of quantum engineers and data scientists in R&D initiatives.
- Optimize neural network architectures for post-quantum era hardware constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum algorithms in simulation environments before deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with specific exposure to quantum computing concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with quantum software development kits (SDKs) like Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
