Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist clients via email and phone during weekend shifts.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the full-time support team to escalate complex tickets.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with all customers.
- Ensure all support tickets are resolved within the agreed-upon service level agreements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
