Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for internal staff during weekend shifts.
- Provide remote technical support and on-site assistance as required.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory logs and perform regular hardware audits.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Respond to help desk tickets with a focus on speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement security patches and updates.
- Document technical solutions and maintain the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware components, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Reliable attendance and the proven ability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Strong customer service orientation and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
