- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and handover procedures.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in the central knowledge base.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety and protocol standards during shift operations.
Qualifications

- Proven experience working in a night shift or weekend-only environment.
