Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor server performance and execute maintenance scripts during off-hours.
- Respond to critical incidents and service tickets with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to document technical issues and resolutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to IT security protocols and compliance standards.
- Perform regular system backups and patch management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Proven availability to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
