Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation software ecosystems, ensuring scalability and resilience for future demands.
- Define and enforce technical standards and coding best practices for AI-driven infrastructure and Web3 integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the integration of emerging hardware and software technologies to optimize system performance.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous technical assessments to mitigate risks associated with rapidly evolving tech stacks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
- Experience with futuristic protocols such as Web3, blockchain, or edge computing architectures.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
