Responsibilities
- Design and prototype intuitive workflows for Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to translate complex algorithms into accessible user interfaces.
- Develop design systems that ensure consistency across web, mobile, and spatial computing platforms.
- Conduct user research to identify pain points in current AI interactions and propose innovative solutions.
- Advocate for inclusive design principles to ensure accessibility for all users interacting with future technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Proven experience designing for Generative AI, conversational interfaces, or spatial computing.
- Proficiency in high-fidelity prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch) and motion design software.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including prompt engineering and model limitations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
