Responsibilities
- Design and architect high-performance, scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation neural network architectures and generative AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines to ensure 99.99% uptime and latency efficiency.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for machine learning engineering within the organization.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
