Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define and execute the technical architecture for the Year 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Design complex, scalable distributed systems capable of handling high-volume data streams and real-time processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior and junior engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural workshops to foster a culture of excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and design teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for coding, security, and deployment to ensure system integrity and reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Architecture Skills: Proven experience designing microservices, serverless architectures, and event-driven systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
