Responsibilities
- Design and implement the high-level architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in developing microservices and serverless components.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to integrate new technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews to maintain high code quality.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems at massive scale (high availability, low latency).
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in programming languages such as Go, Python, or Rust.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and edge computing is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
