Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 & Beyond Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to outline the technology infrastructure required for the year 2026 and future horizons, identifying critical emerging tech trends.
- Architect Predictive Systems: Design and oversee the development of advanced predictive AI models capable of forecasting market shifts and operational bottlenecks with high accuracy.
- Trend Analysis & Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing, Bio-digital convergence) and assess their potential impact on our business model.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of data engineers and futurists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous experimentation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future-state scenarios into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite executives and board members.
- Resource Allocation: Direct capital and talent investment toward high-impact projects with long-term viability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic technology planning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully implementing long-term (5-10 year) technology strategies that align with business goals.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and large language model architectures.
- Research Ability: Exceptional ability to synthesize information from academic papers, tech forums, and industry white papers to identify the next big wave.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences from engineers to investors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
