- Lead R&D initiatives focusing on Next-Gen AI, Quantum Readiness, and Sustainable Tech.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align technical vision with business growth objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Oversee the transition of experimental prototypes into scalable production systems.
- Champion a culture of innovation and future-proofing across all engineering departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Business Administration.
- 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, architecture, or strategic planning.
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (Web3, Edge Computing, Generative AI).
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams through large-scale transformations.
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping cycles.
