Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for core systems, focusing on long-term scalability and future-proofing.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum interfaces) into our existing architecture.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning of distributed systems, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Cloud Architecture: Design resilient, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior architects and engineers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in high-performance computing.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
