Responsibilities

- Hybrid System Integration: Bridge the gap between QPU (Quantum Processing Units) and traditional CPU/GPU environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of quantum engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous engineering.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical roadmap for quantum adoption, ensuring alignment with 2026 strategic goals.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all quantum systems adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics or Computational Theory.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture, with a strong background in quantum computing or advanced simulation.
- Tools: Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Programming: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Cloud Mastery: Experience deploying and managing workloads on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Quantum Services.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
