Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable neural architectures capable of processing quantum-level data streams in real-time.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into Generative AI 3.0 and bio-digital interfaces, translating theoretical concepts into production-ready code.
- Optimize Cognitive Workflows: Enhance system latency and accuracy, ensuring our AI models can operate autonomously in complex, dynamic environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and deep technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and UX designers to align technical roadmaps with business objectives and user needs.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role within high-scale tech environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and C++; hands-on experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining technical strategy and driving innovation in complex ecosystems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Adaptability: Comfort working in an agile environment with rapid iteration cycles and shifting priorities.
