Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable quantum algorithms for complex AI training models.
- Lead a cross-functional team of physicists, engineers, and data scientists.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with 5+ years specifically in Quantum Computing or High-Performance Computing (HPC).
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Qiskit or similar quantum programming frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex technical transitions.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and distributed systems.
