Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models with quantum hardware interfaces.
- Define and enforce best practices for quantum software development, ensuring code efficiency and security.
- Mentor a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Research emerging quantum computing paradigms and evaluate their applicability to our core product suite.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems architecture, with specific focus on AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams.
