What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI pipelines using state-of-the-art LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama 3).
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Lead the fine-tuning and instruction-tuning of custom models for specific industry verticals.
- Optimize model inference for high-throughput, low-latency production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including Agentic workflows and Multimodal AI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Strong understanding of LLM evaluation metrics, prompt engineering, and adversarial attacks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
