Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for Generative AI capabilities leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Model Optimization: Architect and optimize large-scale transformer models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- System Design: Design robust MLOps pipelines, vector databases, and retrieval systems to support scalable AI applications.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into user-facing products.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML, specifically in Generative AI or NLP.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain).
