Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale Generative AI models and LLMs using state-of-the-art frameworks.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation NLP pipelines capable of complex reasoning and multimodal understanding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and ethical deployment of all AI models.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on the roadmap for 2026.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, fine-tuning strategies, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
