Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Produce quarterly trend reports on biotech, AI governance, and sustainable tech
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive market shifts and risk mitigation
- Curate FutureTech Summit 2026 with 500+ global innovation leaders
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy program
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech R&D
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (peer-reviewed or industry journals)
- Proficiency in futures methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with quantum computing or neuromorphic hardware ecosystems
- Track record of commercializing emergent technologies (patents or products)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE or ACM) preferred
