Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ trend analysis reports across technology, society, and markets
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize future-focused product development
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight and innovation team
- Pioneer new methodologies for long-term strategic forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR)
