Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions and validating market viability
- Conduct horizon-scanning research and publish strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough innovations
- Design and implement corporate innovation frameworks to accelerate 2026-ready product launches
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to the board and investors
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design thinking and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 5+ year vision cycles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (e.g., HBR, MIT Sloan)
- Experience scaling innovation programs within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
