Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI/quantum research teams
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Design and execute prototype labs for breakthrough technologies
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial products
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or equivalent)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
