Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and implementation of technical initiatives aligned with the company's vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the development of high-performance, scalable software architectures capable of handling exponential growth.
- AI Integration Strategy: Collaborate with data scientists to integrate advanced AI and machine learning models into core business workflows.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- R&D Leadership: Identify emerging technologies and trends (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, advanced predictive analytics) and evaluate their applicability to our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with proven experience in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including NLP, computer vision, and generative models.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate abstract futuristic concepts into concrete engineering deliverables.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
