Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the vision for AI integration, identifying key trends and opportunities for Aether Dynamics over the next two years.
- Prototype & Innovate: Oversee R&D initiatives to prototype next-gen cognitive models and autonomous systems.
- Ethical Governance: Establish and enforce ethical frameworks and compliance standards for emerging AI technologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex visionary concepts to C-suite executives, investors, and board members.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor innovations and global tech shifts to keep Aether Dynamics ahead of the curve.
- Talent & Team Leadership: Recruit and mentor top-tier talent in strategy and technical research.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Cognitive Science, or Future Studies (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI strategy, R&D leadership, or high-tech futurism.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging market trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of generative AI, neural networks, and the potential of quantum computing integration.
