Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 strategic technology roadmap and innovation pillars.
- Lead the research and development of next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative agents.
- Collaborate with quantum computing experts to integrate hybrid AI architectures.
- Advocate for responsible AI frameworks and global regulatory compliance.
- Present visionary concepts and prototypes to C-suite stakeholders and investors.
- Prototype concepts for the "Augmented Reality Workspace" and spatial computing interfaces.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI research, or cognitive science.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, Neural Networks, and Transformer architectures.
- Experience with futuristic technologies including Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) or neuromorphic chips.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of leading cross-disciplinary teams in high-growth environments.
