Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic vision frameworks for AI-driven product roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning for quantum computing integration in enterprise solutions
- Partner with R&D to prototype biotech-human augmentation interfaces
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across 5 innovation verticals
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor futurist apprentices in predictive analytics methodologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts impacting 2026 adoption curves
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting
- Published research in exponential technologies (quantum/AI/bio)
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to market
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Deep familiarity with exponential growth curves and disruption models
- Experience with foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
- Portfolio of future-state projects with measurable impact
