Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives including horizon scanning and technology forecasting
- Design and implement pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and lead a high-performing futurist team with cross-disciplinary expertise
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Integrate ethical frameworks and sustainability principles into future strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published research in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience managing high-impact innovation teams
- Strong ethical compass and systems thinking ability
