- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend forecasts covering AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present future vision at industry conferences and stakeholder summits
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Establish global network of futurist researchers and thought leaders
- Author quarterly 'FutureWatch' executive briefings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major publications
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Experience with AI/ML trend analysis tools and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., CFSD)
