Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and neuromorphic computing
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, data scientists, and ethicists
- Secure $10M+ in research grants from NSF, DARPA, and private foundations
- Patent 3+ breakthrough inventions annually in quantum machine learning
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech risks and opportunities
- Author seminal whitepapers on post-singularity human-computer symbiosis
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ AI/quantum commercialization successes
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological computing
- Proven track record securing federal research grants
- Fluency in Python, Q#, and quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of neuro-symbolic AI architectures
